Despite the name, Sashimi Straight is not factory-made bone straight hair. Because it is truly raw, some bundles may have a subtle natural bend or slight wave after washing. It can be flat-ironed silky straight for a sleek finish or curled for a completely different look and holds curls beautifully for days.

I am extremely disappointed is Sashimi’s service. This is a 0 star review for Sashimi’s service after purchase. I emailed her the hour I received her package, she replied within a few days, and now that I’d like to do a return and refund I’m not hearing from them. Spent over 400$ with them. Disappointed. If I receive a refund I will remove this review if not it will stay because I don’t want anyone else to have an issue with them in the future. Shop elsewhere.

To clarify, you purchased one single 28-inch bundle, and Sashimi fulfilled your order exactly as placed, providing beautiful, authentic single-donor raw hair. Your dissatisfaction was not with the quality of the hair, but rather that one bundle was not enough to complete your desired installation.
We offer individual bundles as well as Trio Rolls specifically for customers seeking a full installation. Understanding how much hair is needed for your desired look is an important part of the purchasing process.
What’s particularly disappointing is that we were willing to make an exception to our return policy and consider offering you a refund as a courtesy, despite there being no error with your order. However, we were then met with threats of a negative public review if a refund was not issued. Your review also explicitly states that it will be removed in exchange for a refund.
