Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. However, we want you to shop with confidence.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

If your hair does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a full refund once the hair is returned in its original, unused, unaltered condition with all original packaging intact.

Hair that has been installed, washed, brushed, colored, cut, bleached, chemically processed, or otherwise altered is not eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been shipped for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
