I never received my order. I waited over the expected shipping time, almost 2 months, and never got my hair. She didn’t offer even a partial refund for my hair not arriving nor did she offer to resend more hair. I will never order from here again

It would have been appreciated if you had shared the full context of our communication. I apologized for the situation and explained that, according to UPS, your Sashimi order was marked as successfully delivered and a proof-of-delivery photo was provided. That delivery photo showed multiple packages at your delivery location.
During our conversation, you explained that you received your daughter’s cheer items that were also delivered, but could not locate your Sashimi package. Unfortunately, once UPS confirms an order as delivered to the provided address, I cannot determine what may have happened to an individual package after delivery.
I explained that my small business cannot refund or replace an order that the carrier has confirmed as successfully delivered. I also advised you to file a claim with UPS and a police report if you believed the package may have been stolen, and I was willing to cooperate with UPS regarding their investigation.
I completely understand your frustration, but saying that you waited almost two months and “never got” your order leaves out the fact that the order was shipped, UPS marked it as delivered, and photographic proof of delivery was provided. A missing package after confirmed delivery is very different from an order that was never shipped or fulfilled.
