Each bundle is sourced from a single donor and carefully selected for its natural strength, beauty, and length. Because these longer lengths are rare, the collection is released in limited quantities and only when available.

While it carries the same raw, unprocessed quality you expect from Sashimi, the Omakase Collection is defined by its exclusivity. Availability is not guaranteed, and once a selection is gone, it may not return.
